Our Team
Katie Chapmon
MS, RD, Founder
Katie is dedicated to developing supportive partnerships and individualized action plans to improve your life in a meaningful way.
Katie’s background lies deep within the realm of digestive dysfunction, supportive supplementation, hormonal health, and bariatric surgery. Since 2008, she has won state and national nutrition awards and has served many roles, including as the bariatric nutrition lead of Southern California for Kaiser Permanente.
There, she established bariatric nutrition guidelines for doctors and healthcare practitioners and enjoyed making a difference for a broader audience. Yet, she found herself longing for more 1-on-1 connections.
Nowadays, she works with individuals to develop sustainable lifestyle changes using a whole-body approach. Beyond nutrition, her clients can see improvements in activity, sleep, stress, energy levels, gut health, and hormone regulation.

Rhiannon Lee-Latalladi
MS, Clinical Nutritionist
Rhiannon is passionate about guiding you toward balance and long-term well-being through a holistic, personalized approach that fits your unique life.
For Rhiannon, living a healthy and fulfilling life means continually checking in with ourselves and finding balance amid the many demands of modern life. She believes that true wellness goes far beyond nutrition alone—it is deeply shaped by mindset, experiences, culture, environment, and the way individuals care for themselves throughout each chapter of life.
With dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Anthropology and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition, Rhiannon brings a holistic and individualized perspective to her work. She is passionate about helping people better understand their health, build confidence in their choices, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term well-being.
Her path to nutrition has been anything but linear. Rhiannon spent seven years serving in the United States Navy, cheered professionally for the Buffalo Bills, worked in multiple settings supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, and is a mother of three. These diverse experiences have shaped her appreciation for discipline, service, resilience, connection, and the essential need to care for the whole person.
As a lifelong learner, Rhiannon views health as an ongoing process rather than a final destination. Through her practice, she strives to create a supportive, judgment-free space where clients gain the knowledge, tools, and encouragement needed to make meaningful changes. Her ultimate goal is to help each person build greater self-efficacy and resilience while creating a healthier life that feels both sustainable and authentically their own.
